Advisorium AI uses artificial intelligence to generate advisory responses. When you submit queries to the Service, your input is processed by AI models to generate personalized advice from multiple simulated advisor perspectives.

Important: AI-generated advice is provided for informational purposes only. It does not constitute professional advice in any field including legal, financial, medical, or other regulated domains. You should consult qualified professionals for decisions with significant consequences.

4.2 Third-Party AI Model Providers

To deliver our Service, we transmit your queries and relevant context to third-party AI model providers, which may include:

  • OpenAI
  • Anthropic
  • Google (Gemini)

These providers process your data in accordance with their own privacy policies and data processing agreements we maintain with them. We select providers that commit to appropriate data protection standards.

Data Transmitted to AI Providers: When you use the Service, the following may be transmitted to AI providers:

  • Your query text and any attachments

  • Board and advisor configuration details

We do not transmit your email address, payment information, or account credentials to AI model providers.

We may use de-identified or aggregated conversation data to improve our prompting strategies, advisor configurations, and overall Service quality. If applicable law requires consent for using your data to train AI models, we will obtain that consent or exclude your data from such training.


5. How We Share Your Information
